Terms and Conditions of Service

The Cambe Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website and all associated services. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Cambe Group. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
The Cambe Group provides the following services through the Platform:
- Sale of new and used aircraft, including planes and helicopters
- Sale of aircraft parts, tools, and related equipment for planes, helicopters, and other aviation assets
- Global recruiting and job placement services for skilled trade, construction, engineering, and aeronautical professionals
- Paid on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs in engineering and aeronautical fields
- Engineering and aeronautical research services for individuals and companies
- Electronic contract execution via our secure E-Signature Portal
3. E-Signature Portal and Electronic Contracts
When purchasing aircraft or related assets, users are required to execute binding legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Sales Agreements through our proprietary E-Signature Portal.
By using the E-Signature Portal:
- You agree that your electronic signature, created on the Portal, together with checking the "I Agree" box, constitutes a valid and enforceable signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.
- You acknowledge that all contracts executed through the Portal are legally binding.
- You represent that you have full authority to enter into such agreements.
- All signed contracts are stored using industry-leading cybersecurity practices.
4. Aircraft Sales Process and Escrow
Aircraft transactions involve multiple stages, including execution of a Letter of Intent followed by a security deposit into a third-party escrow account prior to finalizing the Sales Agreement.
The Company acts solely as a facilitator. All funds are handled exclusively by licensed escrow service providers. We are not a party to the escrow agreement and bear no liability for disputes between you and any escrow provider.
5. Customer Support Chat AI
The Platform includes an AI-powered customer support chat feature intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER REGARDING AI CHAT SUPPORT:
Any guidance, recommendations, or information provided by the AI chat regarding aircraft, helicopters, maintenance, parts, tools, or any aeronautical matters does not constitute professional advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, or operation must be performed exclusively by properly licensed and certified aviation technicians (A&P mechanics) or FAA-approved repair stations.
- Any actions taken based on information from the AI chat are taken at your own risk.
- You understand this is not professional maintenance advice, and all work must strictly follow the aircraft manufacturer's maintenance manual, applicable Airworthiness Directives, and all relevant FAA (or equivalent regulatory authority) regulations.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features (including the E-Signature Portal, recruitment services, and training registration), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
7. Data Collection, Use, and Privacy
We collect personal and business information necessary to deliver our services, including contact details, identification documents, professional qualifications, payment information, and contract-related data.
We strictly comply with:
- All applicable global data sovereignty laws
- PCI DSS standards for payment card processing
We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. Your data is used solely for providing the services you requested.
The only exception is the limited sharing of necessary information with licensed escrow service providers strictly required to process and complete aircraft transactions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Creating false accounts or impersonating any person or entity
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in inquiries, contracts, or job postings
- Attempting to interfere with, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its systems
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting data from the Platform
- Abusing the E-Signature Portal or submitting contracts without genuine intent
- Posting fake job listings or fraudulent employment applications
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Circumventing any security features, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Platform
- Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any financial crime
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to civil or criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cambe Group, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any damages arising from aircraft transactions, training, research services, or reliance on AI chat information.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Cambe Group from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of any contract executed through the Platform.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County/State].
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
